How can I pay for my vehicle rental?

Prepaid reservations: You pay when you book online. Please note that even if you have already paid for your reservation, the primary driver must present a credit card in their name upon vehicle pickup to be able to retrieve it.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation by clicking on one of the links below or in the "My Reservation" section of our website. These links are also provided on the rental receipt.

In general, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge. However, please refer to the corresponding terms and conditions as some providers may apply restrictions.

Please note that you are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation prior to the rental start date, and the amount paid cannot be applied to other reservations.
